Preparation

Testing Center: Preparation

Important instructions for the TA and SICTC to ensure fair and standardized test administration.

Before the Test Begins

Be in the testing room not later than 6:00 a.m. Ensure the room is tidy, chalkboards are clean, computer units (including SEB) and the internet are working, and prepare to discuss the CB-NCAE Testing Rules and Mechanics. Clear the premises of any distractions.
Establish a holding room near the testing area secured with a lock for both AM and PM sessions. Examinees must leave their belongings in the holding room before entering the testing room.
The only items allowed in the testing room are:
- School ID with LRN
- Complete examinee information:
  - Birthdate
  - Age
  - SHS Track
  - Civil Status
  - Did you avail the SHS voucher program for this school year?
  - Is your family a recipient of Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps)?
  - Are you a member of an Indigenous Peoples (IP) group?
- Pen
- Clean scratch paper (for computation purposes only; must be collected and shredded after the test)
- Snacks
- Drinks
Ensure all designated computers for the CB-NATG12 have the downloaded SEB, are properly set up with necessary software updates, and are ready for testing.
Printed login credentials of all learners shall be placed in their designated desks:
- Last Name
- First Name
- Username
- Password

Examinees: Bring your complete personal information (listed above) to fill in the General Information Form and Learner's Questionnaire during the test.

Log In to the Testing Platform

Use the login credentials provided at your desk to access the CB-NAT platform.

Your login credentials (username and password) are printed and placed at your designated desk. Use them to log in at frontlearners.org.

Important: Part 3 (Learner's Questionnaire) is locked until all four Part 2 activities are marked as "Done".

Double-check your LRN! It must be exactly 12 digits. Also verify your birthdate format (dd/mm/yyyy) before submitting.

Start Each Exam

Review your profile details, read the instructions, then click "Start Exam".

Exam landing page — verify your Full name, Username, Region, Division, and School before clicking Start Exam.

Instructions:
• Answer as many as you can, until the last question.
• When you are done, at the last question, click Submit Answers.
• Then confirm by clicking Confirm Finish.

Step 6

Answer the Exam Questions

Select your answer (A, B, C, or D) and navigate using Previous/Next buttons.

Select your answer and click Next. The progress bar at the bottom shows how many questions you've answered (e.g., "1/6 answered").

Navigation: Use Previous to go back and change answers. At the last question, click Submit Answers → Confirm Finish.

After completing all four exams, your course page will show "Done" for each:
